Junction Tourism Board

 

Junction Texas Tourism Board is accepting letters of interest to serve as a board member on the Junction Texas Tourism Board. There are four, two-year term positions currently held by incumbents: Steve Brown, Paul Ramsdell, Melissa Burnard, and Vinetta Sanders.  Letters must be submitted in writing to Cheryl Herring by email at [email protected] or by dropping it off at the City Offices located at 730 Main Street. Questions can be addressed by submitting an email or calling 210-289-2982. The deadline to submit letters of interest is 3:00 p.m. August 20, 2025.

These terms will be effective on October 1, 2025, and expire on 9/30/2027.

To be eligible to serve as a member of the JTTB you must meet the following criteria:

JTTB  Memebers are required to live in Kimble County. You must have resided in Kimble County for the past three consecutive years. Prefence will be given to hotel/motel owners, EDC members, city council members and business owners. Other interested individuals may also submit Letter of Interest.

Meetings are currently held on the last Wednesday of each month.

JTTB Grant Application
The grant application is duplicated for your convenience. One of each Pre Event and Post Event forms are printable and one of each is in a fillable format. You only need to fill out one PRE-EVENT FORM to submit with your grant application and only need to fill out one POST-EVENT FORM to submit after the completion on your event.

Junction Tourism Board meets the last Wednesday of each month from 12:00pm - 2:00pm unless a holiday falls within that time frame.
